When you are selling TD-W8901N, why are you not supporting the device in your application?

I wish I had the 15 minutes back I used downloading and trying to get this piece of junk to work... It couldnt even find the wifi network I used to download the app, even the broadcast SSID. SMDH.

I called support with help with the username and password but after that was quickly resolved the App came to life. I really like that this App show other devices on the Wi-Fi network and that I am able to Block them from access. That was a real plus for me and will save me from having to buy another router in the future. ~ Great App!

This app would be awesome IF it worked. but Im really disappointed with the apps lackluster performance. Needs a working update!! Im thinking I should have bought another brand of router. Im going to pack it up tonight and go with Asus.. Sorry guys this is just not how you treat customers!

Once you sync its fine but need to google how thats possible despite the apps "help" section which is crammed with totally irrelevant information.

Unable to connect to supported router C3200 v1 with latest firmware. Constantly complains about unstable connection or being in guest network - neither of which is true. After a lot of trial and error, I found that I could connect if I turned off Smart Connect and managed the three bands manually with unique SSIDs, but even then it stays connected for a few minutes, then disconnects and never connects again unless the router is rebooted. This app needs fixing!

App will show my device but never connect. Always says Im on a guest network even though I have the guest network turned off.

Works great, easy interface, set up for residential uses.

Useful app for owners of tp link routers and works as advertised.

Use to work for both iPhone 7 plus and iPad Pro 9.7" but now it doesnt work

Multiple attempts to locate AC1900 but does not connect when both bands are at full signal.

I have the iPhone 7 and this app doesnt work in any form. Terrible

Tether cant find my TP-Link and it doesnt help me find the sweet spot to place the TP-Link in my house as it promises. My devices connect to the TP-Link just fine but Tether doesnt do jack to help me manage my devices

Doesnt allow me to sign on. Useless.

Good enough when it works, but 1/2 the time Im on my home network it fails to recognize it.

This app is horrible. Its not user friendly and I wish I could get the last 15 minutes of my life back after trying to use it.

Great app no doubt. But add usage option like how much mbs or gbs are used through connections and by users which are connected!
